• Hours:  Days and hours of work will vary based on the needs of the organization and as job duties demand. Early Morning, evening, and weekend work is required.   

ABOUT THE ROLE
MASH is one of the top travel baseball organizations in the country. Our softball organization is on the same trajectory with raising the standard. We are looking for individuals that understand what it takes to play at an elite level and develop athletes beyond the field. We need coaches who have the ability to provide direction and guidance to our most dedicated athletes against the best talent in the country. Introduce them to the reality that skill and measurable’s are a part of the game. Create realities around recruiting.  Self-awareness regarding strengths and weakness. 

The impact our coaches have on our community is our greatest difference maker in helping our athletes achieve their goals and reach their full potential 

We pride ourselves on professional conduct and organization.  Every component of a successful game day starts before, during, and after the game, win or lose.  Knowing and executing our standards will result in a successful season.
