Hours: Days and hours of work will vary based on the needs of the program and as job duties demand. Early Morning, evening, and weekend work is required.

ABOUT THE ROLE
MASH Softball is a leader in both player development and club teams. The softball positional coordinator is responsible for our current and future success of athletes and coaches at MASH Softball. With the support of leadership, you will have the opportunity to improve our processes, strengthen our teams, and develop our coaching staff. This requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
You will work alongside our Director of Softball and front office support staff whose mission is to Raise the Standard in Human Performance. A deep understanding of our products, services, and team is required so we can leverage all aspects of our business to support individual training and career goals. To truly excel in this position, you must also have the ability to confront challenging conversations in a positive and proactive way while building strong relationships with coaches, players, and parents.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leverage our staff to create synergy across player development and club teams
Lead a team of part-time and in future full-time employees
Hitting Program lead
Develop and implement off-season training protocols
Monthly email communication on program updates
Determine metrics and testing protocols and track throughout programs
Select Team Responsibilities
Establish all team inclusions with ownership and the Director of Softball
Execute the team selection process with the Director of Softball
Continued roster management
Hire and manage our entire coaching staff
Point person for customer service conversations in all softball activities outside of client accounts
Protect the program - establish and maintain MASH standards of execution
Player Development Responsibilities
Provide/coach TPP objectives for hitting, fielding, catching.
Create the bridge between players and their individualized training plan
Sell programs and training
Create and manage the training schedule year-round
Partner with coordinators in all departments to ensure product standards and results are met

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
